It's that time again. The annual poll everything in your entertainment center apart and dust it all out then put it all back together. IMG_20171120_173858.jpg

I just did that a few months ago when the wife decided she wanted to replace the entertainment center furniture

MTX/Coustic car audio had a little tent sale over the weekend. A buddy of mine knew I was on the prowl for replacement speakers. 25 bucks for these NIB speakers. All four, twenny five dollars. Score.

My parents are in town for Tday, getting to explore some of the "tourist" type shit is actually kinda neat. They rented a 4Runner so I'm going to drive them out on the Apache Trail tomorrow, and then we're also gonna go to Sedona at some point.

They decided that since we're sort of iffy on budget for spending Christmas together (airfare to PA is insane for the holidays), we would instead spend it on gift giving while we're together.

So I now have a Weber grill :headbang: Nothing fancy, just a 2 burner, and we'll need to clean it up because it was a floor model, but aside from a slightly bent knob and some handling scratches it's a screaming deal for what we paid for it. Christmas burgers here I come!:D

I went with American Vision Windows it was 23k for 15 windows and 2 sliders. My sliders are standard size sliders. Also included one half round window.

Edit: My wife says that Anderson did our neighbors and was twice the price.

That sounds like it would be painful if it's running.

I am wondering what Arizona SOP is for keeping pests out of it... would scorpions want to get inside it?

I know the other basic maintenance stuff like leak testing, I'm gonna wipe it all down and take the display stickers off, blah blah, and then give it a dry run to make sure we're good to go.

I'm doing something wrong apparently. Somehow I get stuck making the samiches while the gf showers and gets ready.

1st- you need to be in the shower with her, getting things done.
2nd- if you did step one right, she will be in the kitchen making you sammichs as a thank you.

Step 1 is at least a weekly occurance, ya know, making sure we are both squeaky clean for the day.
But step 2 is me giving her time to recover after the mornings activities.

Would you use them again? How are the quality of the windows and the install? 23k is right around what I was prepared to spend so that sounds like it may be a winner.
