Afr’s are going down to 11.4 and I’m at 6psi boost so looks like I could go back to 7.5 psi and e85 but I would guess that would be the limit with what I’ve got. I was thinking maybe the injectors where clogged but not sure.

With how much trouble you’ve had as of late I’d keep as is and not mess with gas until you’re ready to get a tuning platform... especially since you dont know you’re exact reason for the issues.

Yea but I've already been experimenting with e85 no more than 5 gallons with the afr's going to 12.8-13.5. I know its a risk

E85 requires more volume so bigger injectors and fuel pump. I wouldn’t even toy with adding that stuff if you don’t have those or a piggyback ecu.

It’d suck to damage a motor over inconsistent fueling

You are better off using 93-91 octane at your level of boost anyway since your injectors can actually keep up with the pump gas. Without the ability to add extra fuel when running e85 you'll always be more lean than your gauge lets on since e85 has a different stoich than gas. Im at 10psi and im still only running 93.

But hey maybe that e85 will be your incentive to get the AEM :D

Ok I didn't know that the AEM wideband gauge wasn't able to read accurately with e85  but i was running it at 7 psi mixed with 93 and it runs smoother but does it still help prevent knocking.

I thought even with e85 it was calibrate to show 14.7 when the mix was in perfect stiochometricism (even tho it should be like 9.5 or something like that)

You should have no problem reading the e85 with your aem wideband. It may have issues calculating what the AFR is with e85, but should have no problem when using lambda.

I went and took everything less than 0 psi and made it a flat ~-.29v since i had noticed 1200 rpm and -10in hg was running decent numbers and thats where that square was set. Andbits warming up now and ill reposrt back. Before and after maps

it should have/may have occurred to me at a few different points in time, that if the stock tune was good and the table was flat, then the new tune should be pretty flat at a lower voltage to compensate for larger injectors, but plastic pieces cause problems....

I did some test runs at 6 psi on the way home and also 7.5 psi and it didn’t seem a whole lot different except for the afr’s with 6 psi it takes a minute but between 4000 and 5000 rpm it goes to 11.6 but at 7.5 it goes to 12.6 floating around at 13.0 for a while before so I know I’m at the limit and 6 psi is safe.

If you do, you better either have some mad fab skills or know someone who does, or have deep pockets cuz there aint a kit... Or better yet just get the 2tr and do the same thing with less cylinders and a turbo manifold.
