Best bet is to find out who in tempe is in charge of such matters and be proactive towards calling them and telling them you don't believe to be in violation and would like to get this handled so you don't recieve a fine. Not sure what it is in Tempe, but in scottsdale it's $300 every day till the problem is fixed...

OME 885 with 5100's in front, TSB and AAL with 5125's in back. 30" light bar in the valance.
The day my truck was taken out by the tree, I finally got back to my house with the tow truck at 8-9pm that night, and the tow truck driver unloaded my truck on the street. The next morning I had a cop left a warning saying I needed to remove the truck off the street. I then pushed it into the driveway to appease law enforcement.
Fast forward a week and a day when the insurance towed it away. That same day I got a notice in the mail saying I needed to remove the truck from the driveway. I laughed because by the time I had opened up the mail, the truck was gone.

I'm in for some amusement.

I’ve dealt with Phoenix on this issue and the problem was with them is they considered the drive way part of the 35%. So parking can only be on 35% of your front yard including driveway, we ended up talking to a supervisor and the problem just disappeared.( A realtor kept reporting our house and it stopped once the house he was selling sold and city of Phoenix just kind of dropped it)
