    To anyone doing the online best offer for motorfans... i submitted offers for 125,130, and 135. They all got rejected instantly. A day later i have an email saying 135 was accepted. Fyi. Might want to offer 125 and wait a day or two to see if they really rejct or if its their autoreply.

    People have all sorts if uncanny spite for TW vendors for various reasons, wether it be some half assed negative review that turned out to be bullshit but people still believe it, or whatever else.

    I don’t personally buy with caliraised because Ragofabrication got really pissed with them apparently copying their exact product. Caliraised was selling Rago ditch light brackets or something then copied and sold them as there own I guess. Idk. Not like they had dibs on the design really anyway. Most of them are straight up CBI fab clones anyway lol. Either way I’ll just spend my money elsewhere if I have the option.

    Same thing for ECG grilles and BP fab. I don’t send money to poor business management or blatant ripoffs that can’t even be posted to TW.

    Thats why i offered 125 initially. I wonder if i can offer 125 again and just wait for their email. Going to try. Worse thing is paying the full 140
    Edit: cant submit another offer with the seller accepting a previous offer. Damn

    I wish i even had a tracking number :( i ordered from Alibaba a week before they hit eBay and seeing some of the eBay grills arriving when i ordered mine almost three weeks ago is making me feel i might have gotten scammed. Hopefully not, fingers crossed! :fingerscrossed:

    Well I just put my China grille in and I am very pleased. It was simple to do. The hardest part was removing the chrome grille which I was able to do without breaking any clips. I don’t like buying China stuff. The one I bought said OEM so I figured it would be decent. I have to thank all the Tacoma buffs who posted videos on YouTube they made the install super easy. I boxed up the original just in case this Pro grille turns out to not hold up I would have a back up to reinstall. I don’t think that is going to be an issue. It seems better made than the grille I just took out! I like the Tacoma guys/girls on this forum and YouTube because they really seem to want to help each other out which is different then other forums that I use which get a little nasty with some of my other hobbies.

    Here’s my follow up to my review from yesterday. I forgot to mention that the grille I received is black molded plastic. It isn’t white molded plastic that is painted black. I took a exacto knife to the back side and was able to determine that it is indeed black plastic. The only piece that is painted are the front of the letters for the TOYOTA emblem. Ok so I have the grille mounted up now. It took me 20-25 mins tops. I was being really careful with the tabs on my old grille during removal because I read they can break off. So I used a trim piece pry tool to push the tabs down and that made it pretty easy to push through the tab slots. Removing the screws and pushing the tabs out from the old grille is what took most of my time. The faux grille was even easier and took just a matter of minutes. Just insert the faux grille in the tab slots and push through until you hear the tabs click into place. The faux grille lined up perfectly and secured firmly and tight. There are no uneven mounting points, it doesn’t move or wiggle so I’m not worried about it rattling during travel. When I bought this Tacoma I knew I wanted the pro grille but I didn’t want to pay $300-500 for it. So when this thread came up I took a chance and had to jump on it. I can only speak on the grille I received and all I can say is I am extremely happy with it. I’ll call it an early Christmas present to myself. Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I’m thankful to TacomaWorld for finding this deal for me.

    As soon as I saw that people were getting their orders delayed I jumped on and ordered my grille because I can definitely see this being a popular item. Wanted the grille for a long time but the 400$ price tag was insane to me for a chunk of plastic. Excited to get mine in, especially after seeing pictures of others who were happy with theirs :D
