    Might be the LBJ's since they are original.

    So I didn't have this issue before putting the skid plate on.
    Would the axle wrap be cause by adding the weight of the skid and having the springs not be the not the correct spring weight (they are 881 OME)

    How many miles on what?

    The truck has 155k
    The suspension has 5k top

    I don't hear it at highway speeds. It's really only a low speed/braking to a stop/accelerating from a stop

    They do, although they say 96-02 4runner on their website RCI confirmed that the front skid and transmission skid would fit first gens.

    So been researching my butt off about front brakes and rotors. Don't have the time and money for tundra brake swap (much less the need to do so) just want an upgrade. Before pulling the trigger - I think I have decided on Brembo blanks and akebono ceramics. Read about them and think it is a good combination! Thoughts?

    Also truck is throwing codes p0171 - system too lean and p0141 - 02 sensor #2. I am going to buy a new Denso 02 sensor (heard not so great things from Bosch) and see if that helps both codes. 02 sensor has probably never been replaced? Don't know about PO but truck is at 180K so might as well replace for my 90k maintenance

    So why no tundra brakes? It barely costs more at all and takes almost the same time. Only thing you add is bleeding the brakes. And it'll be a way way better upgrade than just rotors and pads

    No they won't. Wrong offset as found out recently by @turbodb 2nd gen wheels are sucked almost an inch in more than 1st gen wheels. So you'd rub the caliper with those wheels.

    Mind made up then haha
