Awesome picture!! Perfect dog pictures at my house are next-to-impossible...lol!

I hope Tank is well Kristin! His nose does look much better in the second picture, so here's hoping that he can skip the nasal surgery!

New foster came in today named Rachel. She's a 8 year old sable and white rough Collie. So far so good with the Herd. :D

Believe me, this was a rare occasion. Those pictures are next to impossible at my house as well. Getting chewy to chill out is the hardest part. He's so rambunctious.

Just got her in December, after we lost our 11 year old that had to be put down.

She already loves the Tacoma, its going to be a really good relationship with her.

Sorry to hear about you losing your friend of 11 years. I know we don't ever get over it but still you have to look to the future and put your energy into giving the quality of life (love) that your new little buddy can give everyone he touches....I am so fascinated with the animal world and what they bring to humankind. I guess my fascination really increased when a black lab was brought into our unit while I was over in Iraq. You could feel the tension drain from the room...and all the Lab had to do was sit there and let people stroke her. Hostilities were all gone. It was a Cpt that brought her in. The army (mental hygiene) had purchased 6 dogs for a price around 32K each. Even now we use dogs for PTSD treatment. IMO I don't think most people know what these animals bring to the fight....enjoy your baby, let him have some kid time and remember one thing above all others...."YOU ARE SMARTER THAN THE DOG!" roflmao

Congrats on the new foster, I hope she fits in well while she is with you :D.
To get good pics you just have to take A LOT! About 1 in 20 or so will be good.

I'm hoping Tank doesn't need the nose job, I'm going to mention to the Vet that I'd rather not have it unless he thinks it's absolutely necessary. His nose has gotten a lot better since we were last at the Vet and he has no issues with snoring, snorting, exercise intolerance etc. which is what the Vet said to pay attention for. Keeping our fingers crossed for no nose surgery!

We talked to another Boston owner this weekend who had to get the shots for her dog a couple times due to seasonal allergies. Tank is doing much better as he gets use to things, it was really windy this weekend and they didn't flare up .

this little guy should be coming home with me this weekend

a friend of mine's mom found him wandering in the road near her house and took him in...after 2 weeks she has decided she cant keep him as her 2 older labs do not like him...1 is upwards of 12 and 1 is in the 9-10 year old range...and they are grumpy old men essentially

i had been looking for a 2nd dog to help occupy my dog's time while im at work and...well...because i love dogs and wanted a second

i missed an opportunity to get a pure bred Belgian Malinois this weekend for free by about 30 minutes but thats ok...

my friend says this one is super sweet and he's obviously much more in need of a home than a pure bred working dog

my plan is to bring him home this weekend while im off to acquaint him and Taco and so i can spend lots of time with both of them and if they get along he'll just stay here
