No more manual transmissions

Sigh. Maybe its more accurate now.

 

I screwed around on Toyota Site too and if I select Off Road and then choose Manual transmission, it switches the truck to a damn Sport so their Site is not exactly user friendly

 

But a MT Sport goes into reback better *ducks*

 

You will not see a 5 speed MT .

 

I just checked in the Mid-Atlantic region and 6MT PROs are available for build in both Cavalry Blue and Black.

 

Boy I was just saying how much better my 2016 would have been if I got the Manual over the auto transmission it seems to be the missing thing in my truck

 

You can get an access cab OR with a manual trans, but you have to go to Canada. Alberta has only a federal tax of 5%, no state sales tax. A strong dollar might make it worth the trip. It does meet US EPA standards, even for California

 

I feel my truck would ride so much better if I had the Manual transmission it like the computer looks for it to be a Manual

does any one have a interior shot of a 2016 or up with the manual transmission . I haven't saw one myself yet . I do love how the emergency brake is placed on the center console even though my truck is auto .love that E brake ..

The e brake... I miss the old style but the new style is relevant to my interests

 

On occasion I punch the dash reaching for the old style handbrake, hard to break the habit of 3 previous Tacoma's, lol.

 

Same! But only when I’m multitasking do I reach for the old e brake because I’m distracted.

 

so you rather the e brake on the floor @stun gun ? you know I bet I would have never got rid of my 13 if the E brake was in the center like a 16
