For locations we're looking at Long Ranch and Hidden Falls.

I think it might be nice to do Longs since we've been to Hidden Falls a few times now. Plus last time I went, Long Ranch was super cheap.

It's not quite three hours. But now that I am considering Hidden Valley, Alto seems like my backyard compared to Llano...that is a HAUL!

I am going to try and make it though. I want to meet some of y'all...finally.:D

Sounds good. I voted May 15-16 because that is a pay day weekend. I will keep tuned in for the organization thread. Please somebody PM me if you don't see me getting in on the thread detailed plans.

I REALLY need to get away and get some adrenaline input.

I think 15-16 would be better since 30 is memorial day weekend.
Here is the info on hidden falls
    http://www.hiddenfallsadventurepark.com/

I live 15 minutes from there. If some of y'all want to save money on camping I have a couple of acres you can set a tent up on. If that ends up being the plan and y'all want to stay at my place let me know so I can start convincing the wife that this is a good idea.

I would really appreciate a free place to park my truck and sleep...either in the back row or the bed...it would be much appreciated. Tell your wife I make an excellent outdoor pet...low maintenace and I promise to not leave "land mines" all over :D.

I was there over memorial day last year, and there was almost no one there. I think it was because there was a big event at Katemcy rocks that weekend or something.

Blake, we could probably link up around Waco-ish. I would really prefer a little company on such a road trip. None of my family or friends will want to go.

I'll keep watching until a date is set. We'll go from there. I think we will wind up there in the latter part of May just from what most guys are sayin'.

That sounds good...going to check out Google maps now. I took a training class for work in Cleburne. It is not that far away or as far away as the maps have you believe it is.

It is home of the first meet and we did it up awesome at drift's house huge spread and plenty of bbq i'm down for crashing on your lawn again.

I also voted this weekend because it is a pay weekend but I also get paid on the 30th, but rent and truck payment are due on the first thus the better financialy flexible i'll be on the 15th.
