You mean end up like Milošević and pass mysteriously? I was KFOR like I assume @CaptAmerica was, and the horror in that part of the world was wholesale and nothing made sense. As long as these monsters are in custody or dead and no longer influencing others I’m good with it. If everyone that was there during those years told their story it wouldn’t come close to illuminating how absolutely evil and insane it all was. Everyone feared everyone else and trust was practically nonexistant not only between factions, but also between neighbors as keeping your family alive became the primary goal of many and if others - real or perceived - stood in the way of that they were often murdered.

This is a permanent scar on that region, her people, and on humanity itself.
