Other than gap guards for body lifts, has anyone actually made a solution to the bed/frame gap?

Did you do a body lift? The stock gap is annoying as it it, I’m also curious if there is a legitimate ‘solution’.

This may be a dumb question but what is the problem with the gap? Just aesthetics?

Yes, also wondering if this is a problem. Every body on frame vehicle has this same look, unless of coarse it has a larger gap due to a body lift.

Toyota use to have a factory part called splash shields exactly for that. My last Toyota truck that had it was 1995. It was basically a flexible plastic with trim darts. Maybe you could fashion some here a pic of what mine looked like

"Actually made" being the key words. It's just annoying to look at. Would like to see a solution (pics) other than gap guards for body lifts.

No, I don' have a body lift, yours looks like this too... Not fond of seeing through the truck.

You bought a truck, knowing it’s a frame design, lifted it 6 inches, and now you’re upset the frame gap is showing more?

Sure, let’s bring up other people’s IQ..

Buy a unibody Ridgeline and call it a day, or buy the ‘gap guards’ mentioned previously and be thankful for peoples time and effort replying to your thread.

Suspension lift has nothing, I repeat, nothing to do with stock gap.

    Back to your hole..

There's no need for this to go south. The two basic answers you already got is about all you're going to find:
    1. All trucks looks like that- get used to it.
    2. DIY something out of splash guards for body lift or other rubber products.

I highly doubt there is something specific out there that just "bolts on" since it would be a relatively small market to try and justify the R&D for.

    Good luck.
