Thanks for the help @nazlax10, and thank you @adio for the terminals. Love my clock!

Orange clock doesn't look so bad. Thanks kgarrett11 for the pic. I may have to re-think going with the pre-2012 clock/hazard switch.

When I got in my 2014 for the first time I looked down and saw that old school clock and just smiled. Reminded me of my Gen 1 and I got a big smile.

It's stupid but I like seeing it there and glad toyota kept it.

Love my 2014 but also miss my gen 1 too.

This is an older thread, I know, but this right here is the best write up that I have read. Maybe because the beer and fantasy basketball / baseball / football breaks are always interrupting my new and super cool mod.

That's the exact reason for this mod. And having the word "tacoma" there serves no purpose... I know what I'm driving haha

It's an old tag. I used to race a FSR Comp mountain bike. But I couldn't get that name on the site I was registering for. So I transposed a few letters. I've given up the pedaling stuff, and now I "fly" a KTM 450SX Factory Edition. Thanks for the laugh, man!

Mostly I was laughing at our mod techniques! I have some hours, but I've run into a problem moving towards my license. At 6'9" a lot of private planes don't allow me to get my long legs on the rudder pedals. My good friend has a Beech Bonanza (not the fork-tail doctor killer), but I look like Shaq in a Smart Car in that thing. Any ideas on taller planes I might be on the lookout for? I would like to get my license!

Maybe a cardinal 177 or PA-28. Hell maybe even a C182 with good, adjustable seats could do the trick. I don't really fly much at all, but I know some tall pilots and that's what they fly.

Edit: actually thinking about it now the tallest one of them is only 6'2'' so forget everything I said haha. Yea that's a hard one to answer. I'll ask around though and get back to you!

I’m bringing this thread back from the dead because it gave me a good laugh.

For some reason the clock in the radio stopped working shortly after removing the stupid shark fin from from our 2015 and installed one from a 2012 after it was color matched to the truck.

    JUST AN FYI,
DO NOT CROSS THE WIRES LIKE I DID BECAUSE I NOW HAVE 3 CEL’s
P-0031, P-0102 & P-1613 that will not clear. We think it fried something in the computer‼️ Been looking for the issue for the last 4 days!
I could hear something ticking/cycling when I cross the wires❗️
Please be careful then doing this mod...
