also will the bolt on sliders work on my 05 Prerunner?

 

LOL in stock no! and you will have modify the frame on the truck for the 05 they are only 100% bolt on for 2010 and up.

 

The exterior side plates are the additional option on the website. There are tabs welded on the uprights of the bars that the side panels bolt on to.
Hope that helps clarify.

 

Sliders and CMC ordered

 

For the low profile 2016 RTT bed rack, I just wanted to know if the universal mounting plates that you can add on are the plates that are in the picture here, or if they are something different. Thanks for the response

 

@JLee just confirming you don't do ditch brackets? 2013 4Runner.

 

There are bigger plates. Not sure about cost or availability. Hit up @Porter707 he had a larger mounting plate added onto his 3rd gen rack.

 

@Leathermatt The universal mounting plates are what was pictured as you asked. I had the XL mounting plate added over that because I bought my rack before they were offered. The passenger side of my rack still has the universal mount on it with my Hi-Lift mounted to it.

 

Awesome, thank you for clarifying. The larger plate that you put on looks outstanding. Did you purchase the larger plate from a different vendor?

 

Nope the larger plate is @JLee 's XL mounting plate. I drove down and he welded it on. Super happy with it, as with all his products!

 

Those plates were rotopax only plates they were discontinued we now have universal mounting plates.

I run a 2006 DCLB. Read the install instructions on 80" bolt on kickout sliders page. Any other frame modifications required?

How much do these weigh with DOM upgrade?

 

The 09 and below have rivets on the frames that need to be sanded down to fit the bolt on sliders.
And DOM weighs the same as HREW about 75 per side

I just ordered the 96" sliders for the DCLB. How much will the package weigh? My receiving place will only accept so much weight... I may have to change the delivery address!!!

 

Expect at least 200lbs on the pallet.
