    Just read up on the TJM locker - that deal is only for the parts right - gotta take care of install yourself? Could it be paired with a front arb?

    I'm a little confused because for $1500 you can get a complete third with the TJM - is the master install kit better somehow that you pay almost the same for an uninstalled set of gears?

    Yes it is definitely parts only. Install is up to you. I don't see why it couldn't be paired with an ARB up front... I have no clue how they're pricing that but its definitely a good price... cause the nitro gears alone are 1200 and then you throw in a locker for $200. Not bad.

    So what gears would normally come with a complete third? They have a big Nitro pic below the assembled third when you order it and the warranty says Nitro. Guess I'll have to call and ask. This could be a good alternative - especially since I might save $100 because this is for a 2nd gen axle going on my first gen so it looks like the yoke might be less. Thanks for posting - I'll add the link to the first post!

    Same here! There's probably some fine print or something. I just wanted to save a couple bucks on their outrageous shipping for shift seats and sockets.
