    It's just the exposing of the genitals that's an automatic trip to jail...?

    There's an old episode of COPS they air all the time on Spike, a special Mardi Gras episode from like 2004. The camera crew was actually in the briefing room, and the supervisor was saying that exposing of breasts for women was a warning for the first time and night in jail for the second time, and that both men and women were to "ride immediately" for exposing their private parts...

    I remember the guy in Indiana who got arrested for an outstanding warrant following an altercation with an animal control officer, and he got so mad that he beat his head on the hood of his minivan!
