I got a bike you can borrow, shocks are blown, tires go flat, brakes, well, hope you got thick shoes.

Bout the only thing I miss about Pennsylvania is the state game lands. You've gotta track your prey and be a true predator.

 

And last time I took it off street, the chain slipped going up a mound n I bout bit it. You def gotta have skills to ride this POS.

 

Sounds like a downhill only kinda bike.

 

Ya gotta get used to the slip, sometimes can be helpful, most of the time not.

 

The chain on my old bike would slip and pop all the time.

Back in the ATX after a quick trip to Paris tx for Thanksgiving. Traffic yesterday was about as fun as @CedarPark described . On the way home wife made a detour decision through Carrollton to pick up something. Not fully on board with it, but gotta do what the wife says



Gonna redo the horns white cause gotsta.

I also got permission to get a husker santa to ride it... Small victories

21 showings to date and no offers but the couple yesterday showed up with 13 family members from the holidays... Nothing like 13 other people to help nit pick.. but supposedly an offer is coming. Should know today.

 

I hope they offer more than asking, offer to pay all closing, and give you amendment to have time to find new place.

 

From initial discussions with our realtor, should be full price or real close, no closing costs and lease back is an option as they have a house still. So I'm with ya

 

Y'all narrowed down a new area yet?

 

Still haven't really put a lot of effort into that. Stuff is moving quick in that range, so once we get an accepted offer we will hit it hard. Preliminary searches look like cedar to Pflugerville area offer most of what we're looking for.
