What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

The road noise was a bit of a change, I did add "Boom Mat" + one Boom paint can and added a thicker mat (Lowes) they use in gym floors, this worked well. I would say it came close to the carpet level of roads noise. I used an APP on my phone to test the road noise with and with out carpet. The best was about a week ago my nephew spilled his 32oz soda, I panic at first then realized no carpet easy clean- up and it was quick and minimal dry time.

 

Prinsu racks installed fore and aft .. next project is a drawer system for the bed

Have you had any problems with the canopy leaking?

 

Fixed some spots in the Cquartz UK coating that I didn't get leveled and installed the Subaru Kicker tweeters. Tomorrow the door speakers get replaced and sound dampening installed.

 

Added a C4 bumper!

 

Any luck with the clutch pedal?

 

New wheels and tires. Stock suspension. Falken wildpeak 265 70 17 and used FNFX wheels from fellow TW member. Waiting on fake pro grill.

 

The quicksand looks freakin awesome with all the chrome off of it. Nice looking rig!

 

Not yet. I have to leave it there and they will have a Toyota tech come and evaluate it. I had to explain that it's only when it's warm.

 

The wild peaks are soooo good! I have stock size on my oem 17’s and if they ever wear out, i’m going up to the 70’s. Looks good!

Installed the plug-&-play remote-start unit from 12Volt Solutions in my ‘16 TRD PRO today. I’m usually pretty tentative when it comes to messing around with and splicing all those wires, but this install was so frigging easy!! Start to finish was 35 minutes! Works like a charm and uses the factory smart key/fob so no need to carry an extra! Highly reccommended!
