$50 all you can carry in TACOMA parts

Ok tacoma friends $50 all you can carry round 2

What should I grab ? Black one was a standard

I have the front diff actuator, thinking about grabbing the cv axel and front diff
What tools do I need to remove this ?

 

Grab the a/c control. Pull/pry it out and disconnect the wire bundle.

 

4wd selector.

 

Would all windshields be the same ? crew vs cab 1/2 ?

 

Some of those hard lines and high pressure hoses can cost a mint. Light and easy to carry, I would take as many as I could get off.

 

Most of the lines have been cut

I had to replace my 1st gen high pressure line $$$$$

 

Might as well show you my new to me 2007, the whole reason for these picking missions at the local parts u pick. Its got 400000km that is HIGH in my opinion. But i am willing to go down the road to try to turn this into a good solid dependable truck that will see many more years of service. I needed the extra room that the 2nd gen crew gives me over my 1st gen x-cab as we have a baby on the way and going to need all the room we can get

1. front windshield (bought a cold knife removal toll last night)
2. Rear window still unsure how this comes out (mine is solid and there is a sliding rear window at u pick)
3. Front diff
4. cv axles
5. all interior electrical ( 4wd selector, indicator switch, ac control, gauges, anything i can un plug and trow in the bag of goodies)
6. pass side door
7. Hinges and other door hardware
8. Jack handle
9. rear tail light
10. all fuses bulbs relays
11. rear cab brake light
12. ABS sensor
13. Back Bumper

It was fu$$ing awesome !!!

Almost had a windshield out but broke the glass.
Learned a lot about my 2007 tacoma by taking others apart and not caring about braking clips and panels. I will be going to the $50 sale every year from now on

 

You should find out what some light, small high demand items are and try to go for those. Bigger bang for your buck and resell. I know airbags and catalytic converters are always in high demand. Not sure how easy it would be to snag a few

 

This is once a year sale just happened this year it was calling for bad weather and the postponed it and at the last minute ran it , and also scheduled one for the next weekend (this weekend)

I have two air bags

 

Like a champion! I would have got every airbag I could find!

 

this just showed up at a local scrap yard ......... NOT THE SAME ONE THAT HAD THE SALE !!!!!
