    Glad you guys had kick ass days!

    I woke up later than allows me to workout. Was going to try to do that 100 sit-up mini-workout thing again (remembering to time,) but this really odd thing is going on. In my upper right abdomen, something keeps shaking. It's weird as hell. Feel just like I have an e-stem hooked up to me. It will last a few minutes, go away for about 20 mins, and then return for another few minutes. Not sure if it's just nerves, if I pulled something, if I royally screwed something up, honestly I don't know. But it really freaks me out. I figured it was in my abs best interest to not do anything today, and hopefully by tomorrow it will be gone and I'll be back to normal. Even if not, I'm still going to try to get a workout in. I need to try to get by Toyota and get them to write-up a report for my TSB, so I hope to be able to wake up early enough for everything. Yall ever experience anything like this? :confused:

    That's just your muscles trying to bust out of the skin because they are so huge...Yeah not a clue what you got going on. I've had my abs cramp up during situps and that sucks like hell. Try to get in some stretching before you start a workout.

    Nice dude. I dont even have an idea of what mine is. Good job.

    We did fran today too, but did 9-15-21-15-9. I got 14:31. I suck enough as is on fran, but that first part just blew. Good job on the 4:35, I think mine is well over 6 mins when we did it last.

    Anyways, like the zone or paleo. You don't need a bunch of free radicals and toxins added to your body from outside food sources that are shyte to begin with (fast food, etc) 30-40-30; 30% protein, 40% carbs (fruits and veggies, limit breads grains and rice) 30% fats (avocado, almonds or macadamia nuts, NOT PEANUTS!)
    Then of course water

    So our birthday WODs got moved to Fridays because we would have to have 4 Bday WODs this week alone and 3 Next week. But today we did

    3x3 max push press
    keep the same weight the whole time. I got 135 then

    15min AMRAP
    5 burpees
    10 deadlift 135/95
    15 push ups
