    Decked System: ~229 lbs
    SnugTop: Not sure?
    + Gear: Who knows?

I'm hitting the bump stops any time I go over a dip or speed bump. I miss being able to rally down the shitty pole hole ridden bay area roads. Gonna have to do a suspension upgrade at some point.

You won't feel too too heavy with that much weight up there. With my 130lb RTT up top, it was just fine. Only time you mildly feel it is if you take a corner a little too fast.

PAs are awesome but was too much boat for me. I have an outback and love it. If I’m remembering right (it was awhile ago) @Blackout14 used to put a PA on his roof. I might be wrong though

Awesome. Wasn’t sure if it was you or not. I personally wouldn’t want to Car top a PA but it’s definitley possible

Any help on locating where these bars are made? I've looked all over and can't seem to find another set of bed bars as tall as these. These would be ideal for me as I already have the Yakima Jaylows.

Anyone interested in these? Yakima Outdoorsman 300. I bought a camper shell with racks and don’t need these anymore. PM me if interested.

Have 3 Ten footers and a twelve footer that just lay in bed (long bed) and strap in. Misc gear gets stuffed around it, if it's only two yaks I leave the tonneau down, rarely get the bed extender out for anything.

Nice, my Prinsu rack has an estimated shipping date of 12/22/2017. I hope it's worth the wait. I have the 5' bed so I guess my boat will overhang a bit more than yours.

I bought the cargo roller and kayak cradle from Frontrunner. Those have arrived already. Judging from your photo the cradles are not really needed. I'll be installing a Lowrance TotalScan transducer so I figured I'll need the cradle to lift the kayak off the rack to clear it. Something tells me I should have just saved my money and bought some PVC pipe.

I'm not impressed with the Frontrunner cargo roller but maybe I'll changed my mind once I've installed everything.

The other advantage of PVC is it can dual as a couple rod holders. he he!

3rd. gen. Used Thule brackets to secure them to the bed rail system. They are at the top of the first pic in grey. Worked great!

38739B6C-A341-41FB-8B1A-E1397B46BB04.jpg I have a Viking Profish Reload (14ft+) and a Wilderness Systems Radar 11 for the wife. I’m currently using a t-bone but would love to do a mount over the cab/bed. As it is, the two yaks side by side in the bed are a bit tight and camping trips (like the one pictured) border on stupid...

    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
I carry two 18-foot double sea kayaks in my short bed - folding Folbot Greenland II’s that is. Each one packs up in a backpack sized bag and a smaller bag. A great option for those here that want to travel compact. Folbot company closed, but there are a lot of good used folding singles and doubles of theirs on the market for less than $800 on CL and FleaBay. Also look up Klepers, another great folding kayak brand. Both are seaworthy proven craft, often used for Alaska expeditions. Mine holds up to 600 lbs, and is very stable.

I also used to carry two single whitewater hardshells, they made very wind resistant cartop carriers for soft gear when tied up top with good support under them.
