Well since I can’t decide by myself I thought I’d turn to you guys to answer for me. Saving/receiving money for this Christmas and can’t decide if I want to get the FabFour premium rear bumper ($825) or new and bigger tires for me Falcon Wildpeak AT3W 265/75/16 ($730). Thanks :)

The 31" WildPeaks will give you much better traction offroad (compared to what you've got now), plus the bigger size will give your truck a nice 1.18 inch lift, which gives you more clearance and the tires will fill the wheel wells much better. your truck will perform better and look better if you go with the tires. best value for your money IMO.

if i was going to drop 800+ on a bumper i would go high clearance personally (just another option) but i saw tires. They are some cheap tires too and who doesnt want more ground clearance!

    I was just checking
out discount tire and throw on top the warranty for all 4 and that’s the price it gave me. I know I can get them cheaper at like discount tire direct, just asking which to get first

    I was
checking out high clearance, but my truck is my daily and I don’t do “hardcore” off roading, just camping and stuff like that. Plus I like that this FabFour bumper keeps my factory hitch

What benefit do you gain from that rear bumper, other than looks? Better/bigger tires seem the obvious choice to me if you’re just taking the truck out camping and on easy trails.

I understand man. Armortech offroads high clearance has a built in class 3 hitch. Badass quality bumpers that are affordable. Even with a hi lift mount and cutouts for lifting the rear its only $865. Like $765 just bare bumper.

Rear protection mainly. I have sliders for the sides and my avid guard for the front

    soon
tires. wait till you beat your bumper up a bit (or wreck it somehow). Also, I just bought those tires in 265/70/r17 and so far so good.

Tires, wait til you beat up your bumper or step up your wheeling difficulty. :D Having good tires will get you more places and into more shit, so therefore justifying future bumper purchase.
