Today I drove it to work for the very first time. As a matter of fact, I hadn't been in it since Wednesday. I have been taking my daughter's Camry so she could enjoy the new to us Tacoma. It was hard to get it back from her but I wasn't about to let her take it back to college.

A clean garage is a sign of a sick mind. I wish I had the wherewithal to do it.

Although simple, I used my ECT power button for the first time today. I must say, I was quite happy with its pep off the line. Not bad for a stock four banger, with arguably the most complained about transmission in the world. Which is to say I smiled at my misunderstood 3rd gen today!

Ammo Tool Box: Waterproof, and painted to match other accessory's theme overall and [frankly] to calm the local constabulary. Mounting plate in beam rail factory mounting, with 200 lbs magnets to allow box to be stowed or removed when greater security or space is needed easily, but it “feels”secure on first pull.

trust me it's rarely that way, my socket drawer is still a dimension where the rules of time and space dont exist, only pain and chaos.

Technically it might be a 40mm, but 40s and 20s are often labeled as each other...key is really actual dimensions since even 40s come in different sizes...outside height of this can is 14 5/8" original...I put 3/8" spacers underneath to give air space to reduce rust making it 14 3/4", and its on top my bed mat which varies from 1/2 to 3/4". With the bed itself having a total span from base bed to top of anterior bedrail of ~19" so, I'd want at least 15 1/2" of clearance if I used a cover and based on the mounting system of the cover. I am not much of a cover aficionado but I'd be rather surprised if they don't give a least that much clearance if not way more. For the can if you don't have the right size can on hand -> eBay away.

They are about 10 minutes away from me, going to pick up a set here in a couple months once I get the stereo and wheel/tires taken care of.
