Our Christmas tree for 2017. I cant take credit for anything other than taking care of the kids while my wife decorated it.

My job is to get everything down from the attic and physically setup the trees and necessary wiring/timers and whatnot. Then I kindly step aside while the wife does her thing. I'm just the pack mule. But I'm ok with that.

    BTW...beautiful fireplace and mantel

I appreciate that. We live in semi tropical weather so it has been on 2 times in 9 years

We put up the FIL's 4 footer today. My MIL passed away in April. This will be his 1st Christmas without her in 53 years.

Love the trees posted in here!! I usually just set up the tree for the wife and let her do her thing . Although I usually have a train under a tree but this year with baby number 2 being a little monster , I’m trying one of the tree trains .

Like most of y’all, I drag it out and put her together and the Mrs. does all the decorating (what she can reach at least :D ). We mostly prefer the random ornaments that we collect from moving around or traveling as it keeps the tree more fun. The lights are starting to go on the tree (all of them, think there is something with the wiring because all the red and orange bulbs pretty dim) so next year it might be a new look.
