    Old man emu lift
Everyone just praises old man emu lift for Tacoma. It is sooooo over rated. If you like drive line vibrations and squeaky leef packs then this is your kit. No one tells you how bad the drive line vibrations will be. It will be good one day then the next will drive you crazy. ( if your sensitive to sounds and want things right) I have found that most guys that say they don't have any issues wouldn't know the difference in a coil over and a regular shock. The carrier bearing drop kit is a joke. The lift honestly has new sounds and pops daily . I am so disappointed that I am going back to stock. And go .....

I have the rear ICON Leaf Progressive AAL with the ICON 2.0 Shocks with the Carrier Bearing Drop Kit and have zero vibes. And this is my 5th Tacoma so I think I know what vibes are.

Welcome to TW! Hopefully you find something that makes you happier than the OME kit. I only ran the front shocks, 884 coils, and rear shocks on my last truck, so I can't speak for the leafs. But I was happy with those components, more-so than my current 5100/Eibach setup.

    Wow.

Sounds like you might be the victim of an incompetent installer.

I have the headstrong 3 leaf and icon 2.0 as well. Zero vibes. Can’t carry as much as dakars but I have my sanity. Good luck OP hope you get it figured out. Welcome.

    list is growing fast
My dakars are solid, gave me 2" lift, actually carry loads unlike stock leaf pack, are quiet and have a lot of flex and droop on trail. I installed carrier bearing drop kit and I have zero vibrations.

    I'm running fox shocks though.

    I'm super happy with OME.

Since our trucks come with double wishbone coil-over-shock IFS when new, along with a 'regular shock' in the rear, I'm confused at the analogy you're trying to make........

    Better breakdown of the components?
Which coils, which shocks, which dakar set?

    Shipped?
