@Mobtown Offroad for the win! Love my sliders.... and skids... and rear bumper.

As soon as that front bumper is ready, I need to hop on it.

This is how all of your sliders come out super clean. Do you make sliders for the newer four door jeeps ?

Thanks man. I’ve actually never built a set for a Jeep yet. Only Tacomas and 4runners haha

Anyone know if welding on sliders can affect your warranty?

I would think so because you're introducing HAZ areas that could in theory weaken it along with removing any factory anti-corrosion measures. It would be a hard one to fight if something does happen.

I heard the same thing but not certain. I also heard if you do have an issue it's easy to cut em off sand it down and spray paint it and boom problem solved for warranty. Second hand knowledge though. I'm divided myself to be honest on bolt on no drill or weld on. Anyone know what you could do to prep your mounting points for bolt on sliders with some extra protection from rust and corrosion ? Was debating doing some rusto paint before and after install to seal from issues

TRD Exhaust, Mobtown bolt on sliders and aluminum tailgate reinforcement, Reverse lights changed to yellow turn signals, LED pods added for reverse, ADD W1 oil catch can, Total Chaos bed reinforcement, rear diff breather to taillight mod, 12" combo led bars behind lower grill wired to high beams, Toyota led bed light kit, 400 watt anytime mod, SSO slimeline front bumper.
I was thinking of putting a good coat of T9 Boeshield on before and after. I use it now once a year and seems to work well.

Whats the consensus in regards to "filler plates". Are the benefits of making it more of a step worth it or do the plates collect more mud/debri then its worth? Adds weight and cost, but would also keep rocks off rocker panels.

@BudBuilt how much does your set of rock sliders with kickout weigh ? Regular and beefy. Site doesn't say but I am curious

Regular (.120) with kicker weighs 86 lbs per slider (so double that for the set)
Beefy (.188) with kicker weighs 104 lbs per slider (same as above, need to double that)
That does not include the mounting system, an additional 3/8" plate that mounts on the inside of the frame which weighs 15 lbs per slider.

Sorry for the site note showing that. We are actually in the middle of switching to our new site. It was suppose to be a very seamless transition, but it ended up leaving us with lot of holes. Options for each item and additional information is having trouble transferring. Not the best thing during this particular weekend, but I'm actively working through the night to get it all back.

Anytime brother. Like always, if you have any questions, concerns, or whatever, just shoot us an email. We will be getting hot and heavy on building all the orders tomorrow. Once we wrap up the free shipping orders, back on to finishing the new tummy tuck and new bumpers.
