Then they fired Asshat.

I was away 4 days. Had ONE this morning.

I think the TX DMV missed one. I was following a Grand Cherokee SRT the other day, and it had personalized plates on it.

Not sure I can support this Monday morning excitement from more than one person (yes, Chad, we know it's you).

I haven't recovered from post-Thanksgiving yet.

 

I haven't seen so many people smiling in ages. Everyone here is happy. Not even 3 weeks yet and it's like he was never here!

 

I'd love to see that sucker going full speed (probably not that fast) down the tracks after a storm with all those blades spread out....it would look like mini moving blizzard.

Have I missed anything good?

 

I am truly happy for y'all. I've had some senior leaders that we threw going away parties for...after they left. It's like a heavy weight being removed. As morale improves creativity returns, and the teams return to accomplishing great stuff when the fear is gone.

I bet the membership has noticed it too, whether it's in the attitudes of the staff or in all the little improvements that happen once micro-management is gone.

 

1 perma ban, and Chad pulled a 23skidoo and damaged his truck.

Drove his truck into the carport...with the bikes still in the bed rack. Damaged the carport and his roof. He's refused to show the pictures (unless he snuck them in somewhere) and is sneaking off as we speak to get the roof fixed.

I think he's in a hurry to get it ready for the last Oasis Cars and Coffee in December.

Never. Just harder to do without the pics.

Maybe Chad is smarter than we think he is.

 

That was always my greatest fear; having my bikes/kayak on and running into the car port.

My fiancee has already taken it down twice. Once by backing into the pole, the other time something got hooked on her jeep and carport when she took off. Both times we've managed to replace it. Not a fun feeling though about having to worry if that thing is going to come down on you.
