I really like the idea of this. It'd be a fun weekend project. I might actually go this route. Just gotta look up how hard it is to remove the front diff.

Priced it out. Was cheaper to get them built by a local shop then get them shipped. That was with shipping to Canada though.

Awe really? Well I guess I'll have to look at my options a bit more. I've still got plenty of time to figure it out. It won't be happening until May at the earliest.

OK, I don't wanna get off topic & I most certainly don't want sympathy but I was like 3 weeks way from completing insulating & heating my "10 years after" project/dream shop. I've even got the "freshly" purchased Taco & 2 other projects in storage or on the go. Then 6 weeks ago I come home from work & get this call from the Dr. to get my ass to the nearest emerg. Now, 10 days outta surgery, I'm told I can't even lift the dog for 6-8 weeks so that puts us into like January. Only thing that moves out here in January is Whitewalkers. I should smile but I can't.

Shipping was a factor for me. If you have a p.o box the you may be set.
Hope you get back to your self man. Was told by my doctor that I can’t do any vigorous activity until I get a ct scan on my heart. Shit can turn around really quick. Just get better so you can use the shit out of your shop (and host mod days in the winter :) )

I feel your pain, plus living a little further north, its always an adventure.

Just wired the 3rd brake light on the cap, and installed some Bedside reinforcements in the snow.

My Jacket decided to start a war with my Soldering iron though and lost.

Good luck with the projects, looking forward to seeing the updates.

It’s looking good though! I haven’t forgotten about the wiring diagrams by the way. It’s on the to do list.

There really is no rush... I am pretty sure I have a good grasp on what is present, and I likely won't be doing too much with it till spring anyway. I will be in touch if I run into any snags once I dive into it. I do have one quick question I'll send via PM though. Cheers!

    Tacoma shit is expensive.

I don't own one now, and I now have money in the bank... a nice truck, and a bass boat.... go figure.

Was using my 3000w inverter and drained my battery. Just bought a mechman alternator to hopefully remedy this issue.... Always something....

Yeah..... Some idiot was running a 12 amp mixing drill and didn't realize that idle on a stock alternator only gives out like 70 amp....
