Always have to whack the dash below the switch to get it to light up. Is that a tacoma quirk? Also have to replace all the lights in the switched to the LEFT of the steering wheel...difficulty? This is my first 2nd gen...all the lights GOTTA work.

    sometimes they're on sometimes they're off / I don't see the problem.

I have a belief that if any part isn't functioning to its full capacity, it's broken...and I have a hard time enjoying my truck if something is broken.

I had the same issue in a New 1990 Toyota Corolla ... Crazy lights.
That's a common issue, I don't mind it so much.

I just got the truck a week ago...I just want everything to be proper. Everything on the truck I traded in was working. It just brings on feelings of buyers remorse when something doesn't work right.
