Air chisel was the only thing that could get the input shaft off my steering racks.

Another option is run no bumper and flip the hitch receiver upside down. (I think it's possible, IIRC @TIPICOTACO did this for a bit but he's not on much these days.)

Now I know who to hit up to help make cloth doors for the half doors I want to build eventually.

I could use a canvas cover for the new rack once I get it built.

That's was something I was thinking: A half tall bed rack with a canvas cover.

That's exactly what I'm planning. On second thought I'm debating if the cover should go over the tent, or under it so the bed stays relatively dry while the tent is open.

Got a rear bumper in mind? I thought you were building one?

Under since the tent already has a cover, and like you said can always stay covered even with the tent open.

They probably took a hammer to it so its the same as the one they're replacing :p
these actuators are kind of a pain in the ass to get out you have to kinda turn it 10 different ways and pull it up and out so it could have hit something on the way out. idk ill try to fix it.

What about getting a plastic threaded nipple from the parts store and jb welding it in? Or really just some light amounts of super glue on the threads and jb weld around to seal?

Gas powered Radio Controlled planes use small threaded nipples for their fuel system supply. Another hobby of mine long ago. Lol

I would go to a hobby store.

Props man, I don't know how you find the time for it all. I'd love to do all this stuff, but these days I'm excited if I can just manage to get take out from somewhere before it closes and they get the whole order right - smh. I'm pretty sure most drug addicts are more organized than me somehow. My friends and family tell me they don't know I can simultaneously have so much shit together and be a total mess at the same time, lol. :goingcrazy:

Also, didn't mean to spur a comment that turned this into a sewing thread (omg that pun tho), but it's kinda cool to see all the interest.
