Thoughts on these TRD wheels?

I will be replacing my stock wheels and tires on my 2014 Extended Cab PreRunner. The truck has not been lifted beyond the stock PreRunner lift. I am 58 years old and have limited knowledge on things such as lifts, wheel sizes, offsets, etc so I am at the mercy of what I can gather from this great resource and from the Toyota dealership. First understand that contrary to most peoples experiences I have a very good dealership and I trust them and their opinion. I am not really looking for a lift although I might at a later date add some 5100s to the truck as was suggested on this forum to add a very small lift.
Anyway, After doing a great deal of research I have decided to go with the BFG KO2's 265/75/16 tires. The Toyota dealership is offering a buy 3 get 4th for a dollar and after checking around other stores (including both Sams Club and Costco) the price is in line with everyone else. So now it comes down to the wheels. Again with my lack of knowledge I don't know what would fit both the truck and the KO2's without having to add some additional parts of which I know nothing about. The dealership is offering me these at a really good price. I like them but I want to know what the general opinion among the forum is of these wheels? Do many of you own them? Like them? I know many of you will say If I like them that is all that matters, and that's true but since I don't know a lot about these type of things your opinion also matters.

As far as tires - I have the BFG KO2 265/75/16 tires on my stock SR5 steelies and they fit without any rubbing or any modifications at all. I will say they are an E-rated tire so they ride pretty rough. As far as rims go - I think those TRD ones tend to be overpriced. I think today at some point SCS is getting new inventory (check their instagram or the SCS Inventory Subscription thread. I think the SCS rims are much nicer and way cheaper.

I have them and love 'em. I am running 265/75 16 BFG KO2's. I have no lift but I did remove the front little mud flap at the bumper

    I have them in bronze.
    265/75/16 Bfg ko’s also.
The beadlock is fake and can be removed.
I love the look of them only downside is they are heavy. I did use a heat gun to push in a spot on the front mudflaps. Not sure if it needed it for these wheels but it was for another aftermarket set.

Really like the way those look, not a huge fan of fake beadlocks though.

I'm still trying to find somebody that can powdercoat color match my rings to the truck

Nice looking wheel, but it's still bead-look (fake bead-lock). Money would be better spent on used 2-piece wheels from Japan.

So the beadlock can be removed. Anyone have a picture of that? Would love to see it.

I have to agree with chad.. that would look sweet af!

OP, another option that you might consider would be the FN Overlander wheels. Theyre the same style wheel, just a little wider, and they don't have the Beadlock ring, which many folks on here remove.

Here is a thread with some more info! https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/fn-overlander-wheels-spec-a-and-b-show-em-if-you-got-em.459586/

If you like the wheel and the price is right it will suit your needs just find if you plan on running stock or adding a lift less than 3".

These look great! Are these the FN's or OEM? The bronze looks a little different than the OEM, but maybe its just the lighting

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
Do you offroad a lot or do you mainly stick to pavement/forest service roads? The wheels and tires are great but the E load is pretty beefy if your sticking to roads or don't tow trailers with your truck. I have KO2s and really like them, good versatile tire.
I'd leave the wheels the way they are, they look good, better than a lot of aftermarket wheels.
