    Not to interfere with whatever plans you have but powder coating sliders does not seem reasonable.

    They are going to get chipped, gouged, scratched, etc whether you use them for their intended off-road purposes or stick to roads. Having them powder coated will make it very difficult to touch up compared to spray paint.

    Snow? That would require cold temps and moisture. Neither of which are happening in the front range.

    This one lives at the corner of mulberry and overland at Frank's trout pond. There were actually two of them loose, some of the neighbors rounded them up. That pic didn't show the Jeep following it/herding it back

    has anyone here converted their 2nd gen rear driveshaft to a 1st gen style shaft? I.e. double cardin joint after the carrier bearing?

    Looks like that is a way to reduce vibrations in a lifted 2nd gen with lower gearing.
