I just looked and paypal just has your transaction number, but I did get an email with tracking.

 

I never got an email notification about it being shipped, and when I saw everyone getting them I checked my junk file, wasn't there either. So then I went to the original email to check order status and it showed to have shipped. So then I wasn't bummed out anymore

Edit: I just checked the order confirmation email and it's out for delivery! Wooo

So it seems there is just a disconnect in the email chain on my updates, no worries

 

Weird? Let me know your order # and I'll see if there is any info on why you didn't get the updates.

At least it is all good and on the way, though!

Thanks for the update. I'm not really finding any common ground on which updates are missing and for what e-mail addresses, so it is a little hard to track down. I'll send a general inquiry to Shopify to see if they have any info.

At any rate, the tracking is working and the goods are on the way!

Looking forward to some pictures this evening of our new packaging out in the wild .

 

Yea I'm sure it'd be a pain in the rear to try and diagnose the issue. I just saw all these guys saying they were getting shipping notifications and got jealous haha

Luckily it was just a case of not getting the email, and like you said the tracking and all that works fine so no big deal. We at TW will be your guinea pigs while you get the kinks worked out

Not really other than just didn't think about it. Think I ought to? Label revisions at this point are simple, so long as it isn't a major overhaul.

 

Absolutely, makes a very subtle but big difference in impression. This is along the lines of what I was talking about... the little details all add up to the perception of the whole. By having your mark next to your name it subtly makes you sound like a bigger deal, like "these guys are for real". Never mind the fact that it's simple to apply and get a trademark... once you have it, flaunt it.

 

Fair enough and a good point. I'll get with my label guy. He should be over at my house on the 15th of December to take some legit product photos for our website. We'll review the trademark symbol being added. Shouldn't be too tough to get done!
