    A Crap Load
    First batch of muley burgers. Processed the meat with 20% pork fat as recommended by my Colorado hunting buddy. Mixed them up with some eggs (makes the burger hold together better) and diced onions. Sprinkled with salt and pepper just to get an idea of how tasty they would be with minimal seasoning. UMMM UMMM good.
