    Technically, I drive a Ford so you could have told your wife no and left it at that. What she doesn't know won't hurt her :D I'm the responsible Ford driving one of the bunch!
    After the first trip when you can load up the back of the truck, and everything stays clean, dry and out of the cab, she'll be sold. Especially as the kids grow and they have bikes and larger toys that need to come along.
    You could ask RRG... oh wait, her truck never sees snow, salt or rain.

    From what I've seen, it holds up pretty well. We did the Ford version of it on my wife's car and it's help up great. Water still beads up on it nicely. It wasn't a ceramic coat, it was a much less expensive coating that is intended to do the same thing. If I buy another new vehicle, I will absolutely ceramic coat it. It's amazing how well they work.
