    I'd be game to go camp saturday night at the gorge. I'd love to set up next to that lake at the top of the ridge we found on the summer trip (assuming we can get there without Cody getting his truck wedged in a creek bed again...) Only question mark for me is that Nova is getting fixed Thursday so it will depend on how her recovery from that is going.

    Honestly, I was mentally cataloging several good places along that trail to set up a campsite.

    Alternatively, if we want to do more hiking than wheeling, I still have an excellent campsite that I've never seen anyone else use off of rough trail- still close enough to a parking lot to be able to effectively 'car camp', and close to Chimney Top for night sky gawking.

    And buys a bumper. Even if I ordered that thing tomorrow, I'd be lucky to have it before LBL. Everone's backed up from black friday now.

    I did get a response from smittybilt though. It was 'call us and we'll discuss your warranty options'. Here's hoping they just send me a whole new winch. I still haven't tried powering direct to the winch motor yet to isolate the problem.
