We need a new thread (albeit less active) for Truck Backpack spottings.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
You know what you're right going through Victorville.

You missed me driving through Apple Valley yesterday I suppose. I go up there quite a bit as the wife's family is up there.

Cadon rides In the front seat of the taco on a booster seat. As long as the air bag is off and or have the seat pushed back it's furthest position. I believe the law only states that air bag has to be disabled.

I can't turn mine off either, but he does weigh enough to trigger the sensor.

My dad used to have a Toyota cargo van when we were kids. No seats and we'd just flop around back there on road trips. It was like driving a living room. We could run laps, do cartwheels, play catch, whatevs.

    Those were the days.

I know what you mean. Grew up in a 79 VW bus with camper conversion (not a westfalia, OG RTT). No seat belts and half the time the middle bench seat was out. It was like a play ground.

    Now that I'm reminiscing...

We took that bad boy to Zion, Bryce, Yosemite, Tahoe and more. No way in hell I'd take an air cooled engine outside of LA County these days lol

Hah, my little brother and sister and I would do the same in our parent's Aerostar van growing up in the early 90s. My dad would always strap a small tv with built in VCR to the center console for us to watch movies. To this day he claims he invented the whole tv-in-vehicle concept.

We should print out tw stickers and hand them out to every gardner that's worthy

I should throw one in Tacomas whenever someone buys one at work
