It'll fit. Hit the guides with a BFH to push them out a bit and use a ratchet strap pull the tire back of the diff. In our Reno thread growyourmind discussed it a couple pages back (he has a 3rd gen but still applicable).

 

I ran a set over the summer on some temporary wheels. Someone bought my old wheels and I bought a set of 17” sport wheels and wrapped em in 265 terra grappler G2’s until my SCS wheels got here. I only ran em for a little over a month but they walked all over my ko2’s. They changed the whole truck. It drove better, smoother, it was quieter, and they performed way better than my those shitty BFG’s. I would recommend those any day of the week. I’m running 285 ridge grapplers now and love them too, 8,000 miles and hardly worn and perform great as well. Terra grappler or ridge, 10/10 recommend.

 

It MIGHT be time to splurge and get a new one.

 

Began installing my Pelfreybilt hidden winch mount and Smittybilt X2O 10k winch.

 

I like em so far. Only driven on em for 30 minutes.

 

What a long strange trip this season has been. A couple tough losses, but still a good season. That Miami game was a tough one to be a fan during though.

Most was from Big5 on BF. The sleeping bags were half off @ $25/ea, the tent was $35, the stove was $70.
The compressor ($44) and hammock ($11) were from Amazon.

I'm still waiting for my Infinity component set (6x9s + tweeters + crossovers), BAMF sliders/LCA skids/cab mount chop plates, and recovery tracks (offbrand for $90 via Amazon).

 

The OR package has the 110v outlet in the back. Press a button in the cab and shazam, Christmas lights.

Tailgate is a Raceface pad for mountain bikes like @nazlax10 .

I have a 2008 and don’t have final pics yet. I still have to modify the front bumper sometime this week before I throw it back on.

#wifey actually talked me into the Sliders (I kept going back and forth on getting them), and she's the big pusher for camping gear.
She's all about ground-tent camping, but I grew up with camper shells (folding tent-top varieties) so I'm pushing for an RTT.
The speakers were my doing; after the amp/sub install, the lack of highs has been getting to me, so it's a must.

Today marks the 6-week anniversary of owning this truck, and passing along my previous one. These are all things I wanted to do for the past three+ years, but knew I'd end up with a 4WD DCLB, so I didn't want to do much to my DCSB Prerunner.

 

yea i can only find the pictures of newer second gens not the older ones and its cheaper and looks easier then replace the whole bumper

 

Did this, now I just gotta make room for my gun and hook up my CB radio.
