I did for a while on a 02 DC 2WD 3.4. I was using stock shocks and it rode like dog shit. It also did not give me the lift I was looking for at the time.

EDIT:I’ll sell you the springs and spacers if you want it.

I have the 881s on 5100s with taco lean spacer. My driveway makes it look like it's nose high but it sits dead level.

Aren’t you supposed to use longer shocks?

It’s possible. I installed it 8 years ago and ran it for 4-5 years.

Yeah I mean I had that size but in toyos. They probably lasted longer than MTRs lol

Well it was more like what I didn't get done to my Tacoma today. Tried to remove the inner fender plastic liner so I could do the pinch weld beatdown. Instead of cutting into the plastic liner I was hoping to smooth down the protruding bump with some applied heat. I removed all the plastic panel rivets and screws but for the life of me I could not get the liner out. Was hoping not to have to remove the fender flares but if that is what is needed I'll do it. Any insight into what I'm missing, doesn't seem like it should be that complicated.

Made some more progress on the truck today. I finished rebuilding the coil overs, new seals, stiffer valving, new oil. Not too many pics cuz it's an oily process and I didn't have too much time to waste.
Also ordered new Arm and rack bushing kit from TC and picked up new LBJ set from @gunny1005 at Camel Back Toyota. They give a Tacoma World discount and ship really cheap too.

    To be continued...

What size spacers? Cause my 10mm spacers on 881s feel great compared to stock springs and 3" spacers lol

How hard are 1st gen windshield wipers to take apart? Mine won't go anymore when flipping the stick I here the motor going back and fourth and even faster when turning up settings but the wipers just go up and down freely by hand without moving I can pull them all the way down the hood and past the doors when extending them. Almost like something snapped ?

    Reserected from the dead.
Sounds like the linkage behind the fire wall disconnected. Pull the plastic cover that goes along the bottom of the windshield and see.
