    no, but funny story, my old roommate did it one year and got stiffed. then 4 years later, I kid you not, his SS sent him a gift and it had a note that said sorry man, I feel bad about stiffing you so here you go. hahaha he was so confused

    I tend to get shafted every year too. This is year 4 I've done it. I'm pretty sure my giftee this year is sending me beer from somewhere, which is alright I suppose. I never get the good ones. I guess I lucked out with my TWSS though, he was kick ass.
    Apparently he has a girlfriend and is proposing soon. I got a whole life story pretty much lol

    yea, ive yet to have a bad SS on here. also, this is the only place ive done it. something about it just makes it more fun on this site. if he's getting married, a nice set of noise cancelling headphones may make him happy haha

    It seems like everyone here puts in way more effort than other secret santa exchanges, which is really cool in my opinion. I did some stalking and used the wishlist, plus my person already posted what they received and seemed to like it, and that is really good enough for me.

    When I was a kid, I was all about getting new stuff and toys etc. And as I got older, I realized it really is about the thought that counts, as sappy as that sounds.

    I'm stoked when a letter shows up in the mail for me and it isn't a bill. That's where my TWSS expectations are. :thumbsup: Last year I ordered a bunch of random stuff around TWSS and it was extra exciting cause stuff was showing up at random.
