OP do I spy Michelin LTX AT2s on your truck? I'm thinking about those tires myself because I know the Michelin's are awesome tires but the Defender M/S is a little too wimpy for my taste. How do you like them? How many miles are on them and have they held up well?

handles really well on pavement ... I think these tires are worth the money ... handle well on and off road ... I just changed out the tires at 55k ... I could have gone another 5k but I took advantage of my Toyota dealer's buy 3 tires get 1 for a dollar offer at the time.

My last set of LTX AT/2, got me 90k, with 5k rotation. Great tires. Now, I'm on BFG, Ko2s.

What is your mpg avg. Your getting after 115k?

I wish I was that lucky, I have a 2016 TRD Sport that I use to make sales calls. I had the misfortune of having a leaking timing cover gasket at 50,000 miles and its in the shop now with 105,000 getting it done again. First time it was covered under the warranty this time they are paying $1400 and I have to pay $1000.00.

My service writer when I asked if I should spring for the 6yr/125k warranty for $1040 said definitely, he's seen this issue a bunch not just our trucks but the highlanders and similar shared platforms. Sucks man.

Can you buy the warranty after purchasing the truck? I have a 4 month old Tacoma with 4K miles
