I have seen them and would like to try them for the caffeine content as an alternative to actually drinking coffee but I am scared it would trigger a relapse. I dipped for 13 years before I quit 2 years ago. Same with smoking, except I quit that 4 years ago. After a few beers, I still want a smoke or a chew. I am not sure the cravings will ever go away.

 

I agree... I quit smoking 2.5 years ago (with a small relapse in the middle) but havent touched a cig in over a year and I still get cravings after a big meal or after a couple bourbons haha

but this is a great replacement for dip for me.

 

I may have to grab some. I started biting my nails after I quit dipping. Weird, I know. I guess it was just the oral fixation rimshot and muscle memory taking over. I still do bite my nails, but I have been working on that by chewing a shit load of gum.
