Haha that's true. I was amazed to see how many fellow Tacos had retrofits. Glad to see everyone doing it right :laser:

that's why I didn't do halos... just went with the stock look. My engine bay is already a bird's nest and I've really tried to clean it up recently. Still tons of wires everywhere :anonymous:

Yeah I'm not sure if I'll do halos on my next set or not, but it'll be better built and I'll take more than a day to do it haha.

Yeah I stopped adding lights until I get my fuse box set up

For sure. I really really like my Mini D2S's. They're fucking bright. And I have the old (3.0) version... they're up to 4.0 now. One thing though, I would recommend getting them nice and torqued down before sealing up the lenses, that way you can fix the inevitable off-rotation problem by putting them back on the truck, testing them, and perhaps maybe JBweld/steelstik-ing those suckers in place.

Yeah I would test them prior to putting the lense back on. Then once I get them all dialed in I'd seal it up and call it a day. But I've got other mods that come first

Thanks! I liked the spare tire carrier too, reminds me of the older trucks that had the spare on a roll bar. That’s kinda the look I was going for.

Here is a link to the mount:

Replaced backup light switch, which was the source of all my aux reverse light woes, removed aux reverse light relay (cause who needs all that wiring along the frame?), replaced starter, replaced window (thanks thief), replaced radar detector (again thanks  ), buttered up passenger door handle, fat matted passenger door. Now only thing left to fatMat is the driver door. Maybe I’ll get around to it when some other thief breaks that window

New stickers to hopefully prevent another break in. If not, well the alarm will go off this time. The ones that came with the kit go on the inside of the window, which couldn't work because my tint is too dark.

Thanks @CBoy808 for the custom stickers.

    New setup!
Ram mount, short elbow, flat mount base, scosche flush mount, m6x60mm bolt, three nuts and a washer to do install.

I used two nuts butted up against each other (counter-tightened) to act as a "stop" for the bolt on the A-pillar, with a washer on the a-pillar side (get something that wont fall off the bolt, or use a washer with a slightly smaller ID and dremel it out slightly so that it will thread onto the bolt) and used the other nut to tighten the ball mount to the bolt, with a washer between the nut and the mount. This nut has to go on first, obviously. I basically just explained this in backwards order.
