    It's a horrid picture but these are the work pattern lights, great for camp lights IMO.
    I'll try an snag a better picture tomorrow night image.jpg

    Where did you mount the S2's to the rack? I have a couple of rigid scene lights, but I'm thinking to keep things tucked away, that S2's mounted underneath the crossbars and point out from under the side rails would be a stealthier look.

    If you're taking more pictures, could you take some showing how and where you mounted them without the lights on?

    p.s... just spent a few minutes going through your build thread. Dang. Nice job.

    Thanks man! Means a lot.
    I mounted mine onto the sides of the rack theses two spots that seem to be perfect to mount lights off to the sides.
    This is the best picture I have on hand of the mounting.

    That picture I don't think could answer my question any more perfectly. thanks. Looks like my plan to put the S2's under the crossbars and peeking out under the side rails won't really work without blocking a decent amount of the light output.

    Yeah I was actually just talking to someone about lights on the inside of the rack. It would significantly block light

    Just from eyeballing them in your picture, it looks like if I wanted them to point rearward (at the bed) from underneath the last crossbar, with the slope down of the roof, they might fit underneath, right?

    That is my plan for the S2s when I started thinking maybe they'd also work to the sides from behind the side rails.

    I will send you some more information in regards to a quote especially for future reference, but in the spirit of helping a brother out have you seen this listing?

    @mesojdm

    I will certainly get you a quote. PM sent.
    I have never liked the look of the big pods serving as ditch lights either so I have been spitballing this idea as well. Not sure how committed you are to maximum bunny burner capabilities, but you could always run the S2 Pros up there as well. What other lighting are you running up front?

    Of course I tend to shy away form Amazon specials, but I can't fault a guy for it as the price is right. However, the equipment offered by Baja, Rigid, etc will blow them away. Where do you feel that your current lighting setup comes up short in terms of putting light down when driving?

    And that is what separates the premier brands from the rest is optics. Are you getting good ditch coverage with your current setup? How about if you were to turn your current ditch lights off?

    So realistically what you are looking to gain would be distance. S2s alone would not provide enough coverage down range to justify the expense IMO... Yes, they would be a much sleeker version of what you already have with better performance though. I would say either upgrade your light bar to something that puts some light down way ahead of you or else keep the light bar which covers up close and replace everything else with some distance units. The latter option would likely be cheaper.
