The only question then is which route to take. The pike looks quickest, but I don't have an EZPass transponder so I'm down to take 93/95 or rt2.

Yeah yeah. I just disagree with toll roads when I already pay taxes for roads. Also I'm lazy.

Plus now with the new gantries I'd just get a bill for like $3 in the mail so it's not much of a deterrent anymore.

Yeah, I get what you mean for that; but, then again it is Taxachusetts where everything and anything is taxed.

The benefit of the transponder is you don't get a bill since it can be tied to a card and it's cheaper with the transponder than without

Yeah, same time for me between the two routes. I have an EZpass, but I'm not very fond of the Pike regardless. probably gonna go 95 to 395. If we're gonna caravan, just beware that my Taco is loud as shit, I drive fast, and like to honk at trees.

    You can't get to 395 from 95, 290 becomes 395 so either rt2, 495, or pike

Come on man, I'm just looking at google maps while I'm at work... I usually just wing it and get where I'm going by sheer luck and constant GPS recalibrations

You're not wrong! I've been on the fence about getting one for a couple years now. I don't drive on the pike enough to warrant it currently, but who knows.

    Yeah it's a little longer, but I don't mind.

Ouch! I hope you feel better brother. Sitting at my desk today is brought to you by Sudafed!

I'm fine with that! I drive like a grandma so I don't mind setting the pace or bringing up the rear.

Right right. Maps says 93S to 95S to 295S to 44W. or rt2 to 495S to 290W to 395S to 44W. Or the pike.

By the way, I'm in! Checked with the girlfriend and she's not sure if she's in, but my Sunday schedule is clear! So I guess I need to find a toy store!

I'm in, but definitely will be pulling a @mach1man001 and won't be there at 9. Probably not till later in the morning as the wife is flying out Sunday morning and corralling, getting ready a 1 &3 yo is a multi hour process.
