    My first time out in my Tacoma was this meet back in March this year. Stock, riding on General AT2 tires.
    I high centered a few times, but got unstuck with the help of these fine folk. This time, I'll pick my lines much better.

    Us being fun is what's questionable
    LBL is the perfect place to ride if you aren't as into offroading as others because of the variety of things to do. That's some of the point of this meet and having no schedule or direction. Imagine showing up to a place that has a multitude of things you enjoy doing and you know that every single person there is showing up for the same reason. Maybe everyone doesn't want to do exactly what you want, when you want but the probability of getting with someone who does want to that is high. So you go off and shoot guns. You get bored with that after an hour and want to ride trails so you radio someone who's out doing that already and hop in with them. So on and so forth. You don't have to do what everyone else is doing. Just enjoy yourself however you want.
    I like it that way. Everyone is a douche until proven otherwise.

    Haha it's not that you can't drift with no locker, it's that it's much harder especially in transitions. Open diff throws things off balance. Power goes on the left side while drifting right then the weight transfers back and at the same time power switches sides. It's more like power sliding then drifting. Power sliding you are just throwing the weight around. You can do this with very little throttle. We were doing it last year with initiating our drifts. Then once sideways, use throttle to control where you want your truck to go. Drifting, you are in complete control and are actually driving the car, just sideways. It's easy to do when there are no variants with what side of your car will have power or not.

    Having said that, I used to fuck off in my truck all the time with an open diff. It's good practice to get just that weight transfer feel. Im down for all kinds of drift sessions. Haha
