I've been unexpectedly busy at work lately so I haven't had the time to write anything up. I'll try to get a post up tomorrow with better information.

I really need someone to step up to run the thread on here. Handle things like the head count and updating the thread and what not since i just don't have the time i thought I would have to keep a thread updated.

As of now tho the plan is as follows:
    • Jan 20th 9-10:30 AM Starting time
    • All Toyotas are welcome.
    • Poker run style
    • Sheeps Bridge via Seven Springs road.
    • BBQ at Sheep bridge provided by Traeger beginning at 1pm
    • Camping is on an individual basis but there is plenty of it.

I just copied it from the other page so its not me asking for help. Just watch out when helping this event its not small. I think last time there was like 45 to 55 trucks maybe more. when I rolled up and there was only 10 trucks sitting around once we ran the trail and meet up with everyone it was massive. Butchers jones has a big parking lot before the lake area and we filled the whole parking lot pretty much.

Fugggg that’s a big meet. I was convinced you were talking about this thread. I’m not helping with a meet of that capacity lol

I'm so down for that run, putting in for the time off tomorrow! Used to know some people at Traeger when I was at Ace, they make some legit bbq if you have never had any

I made that run last year had to leave Tucson about 3:30 in the morning to make it in time showed up with about 40 lb of jalapeno bacon won the poker run had a freakin blast can't wait todo it again this year. The only thing that's going to keep me from making it is if my son can't make it. IMG_20170121_093552307_HDR.jpg
This was the pre runner group. IMG_20170121_115506629.jpg

You aint kidding! I ran the entire thread for it. Mike @mh.meier and Cliff @tubbsisland set up the vendors/sponsorship. It was hectic but we got it done with only 10 days to plan it  Now with 2 months to go we're gunna make it YUGE! Sheep's Bridge is the location and it will be strictly TOYOTA only group because the numbers are already going to be ridiculous.

Sounds like this is gonna be pretty rad, I’m Forsure in for this. Hopefully we can get a pretty good turnout for Tucson guys as well. Curious if there’s good trails in that area too? I’m not going all the way up to Phoenix and not hitting some sweet trails :spy:

You might want to camp and do the trails the next day. After driving down from Tucson and doing trails I was did he after lunch and still had to drive home. I was beat and ready to get my blanki and go night nights.

That’s a good point, maybe we could get some Tucson crew to camp and explore. Sounds like a good time

It wasn't that bad. There were no hard spot so it was like driving on the road the whole time. I don't remeber leaving that early plus there starting the event later this year so we shouldn't have to wake up that early. Unless bacons involved then ill just stay awake for that!
