I had the same message on mine from the 19th until today ---- now it says package arrived in Chicago and expect delivery by end of day Saturday... Yea
I ordered on November 10th and it has finally arrived in the US of A

 

Im in Hawaii. Package went from China-->LAX-->HNL. The other popular seller of the fake grilles told me thru ebay correspondence that he doesnt ship to Hawaii which led me to the seller I went with.

 

Mine definitely didn't have that space, and not sure I've seen a space like that on any in the forum either so far.

How does the bottom look?

 

I got the same message. Ordered two grilles (one for a buddy) on the 22nd. I emailed motorfansclub to confirm it had shipped, and got a tracking number for Hong Kong Post. Today, a week later I can see:

Not sure what any of that means, but to me it looks like it is just beginning the journey. Not in a huge hurry, just hoping it is quality (seems that the two piece is the one to get) and not damaged. I was a bit leery of ordering two together, wondering if maybe they would cram two in one box with less packing material to protect.

 

It just sits behind the big Toyota emblem, its just black plastic. Not quite sure how it works being blocked by the emblem. I only have pictures of the Pro grill after.

 

I think I saw somewhere you can get two little glass(?) inserts for extra protection that fit on the back-side of the grille in-front of the sensor?

 

Mines finally made it in! No problems with it fits pretty snug!

 

mine was order 11/13, said it was shipped but no info on the tracking number. hoping to see a box when i get home today.

 

From what I see in post 1192 the plastic shield looks terrible. I guess it's aftermarket to the rescue again.

Could you post a pic of the top of the grille? trying to see if your fit is the same or has a little gap like mine, feel like its more noticeable on white.

 

Probably similar to the Blind Spot Monitor radar. They are behind the plastic bumper covers in the rear and they will work right through it. Not much different through the plastic grill I imagine.

 

Can't seem to find the pic I saw earlier, but the one I saw the plastic shield sat behind the grille instead of in-front. Looked much better/cleaner.

 

I had this same exact issue with those 2 screws. I didnt have a dremel but sanded them down slightly. Once I did that it seated like your pics and everything is looking good.
