Haven’t had a problem with the one local to me. Drop my truck off pick it up next day once a month. Manager says im the easiest one to deal with. I tell them exactly what I want and they get it every time. They even pull it back on the rack for me to make sure they got it right.

Did I say it was LIFETIME. For your truck. If your truck can drive or be towed there for an alignment it can be done. FOR FREE

I know they were talking about stopping the deal. Most places offer a 3 year deal for that price now.

Wow. Obviously I hope lifetime still exists, but even the 3 year one isn't bad. I'll definitely look into this. Thanks for mentioning it.

I pulled up to one. Didn’t even walk in the door and had the manager come out telling me there’s no way they can touch that. I told him I have my specs and it’s no different than a stock one. He was adamant and kind of a dick about it. I gotta make the trip down by you

@Sub-Zero got his alignments at the Goodyear shop in Kinderkamack NJ. A three year plan. He highly recommended them, specifically the dude that does the alignments.

And that’s where I go to now, because my local Firestone refused to touch my truck as well. And a local non-franchise shop I went to previously wanted 80 bucks a pop. Starts to get expensive if you frequently tinker with your suspension.

I’m going there tomorrow since I replaced my top hats and removed a 1/4” lean spacer and moved my lower coil perch on my Billies one more notch upwards.

It was something like 60 bucks for the three year. (I had a coupon)

I wish I had a driveway. If I do any work on my truck it's on the street in Philly. No bueno. Next house I buy WILL have a garage and driveway.

Hell I'd happily pay $150 for a three-year unlimited deal. I've paid $100 twice already this year to have the truck aligned (once when I bought it, once after putting new UCA bushings and tie rod ends in)

    Ross, Dan, Mark,

There are probably a lot of Firestone alignment techs that are very good at what they do and then there are some that absolutely won’t align a lifted vehicle or will screw it up. You really never can tell with ANY alignment shop.

Here’s a bad experience that moved me away from looking further into an alignment by Firestone. But I guess there’s always a possibility that ANY alignment shop can have inept technicians.

Yikes. Call your local shops and see what they offer.
