    Most of my stuff for my swap came from ruff stuff and the rest is being custom built. Ruff stuff is my go to place for stuff that’s easier to buy than fab.

    Check out Barnes, they are in NC and shipping will be way faster and cheaper. I love Ruffstuff but Barnes is as good and closer

    Haven't had these issue. Then again I'm not out hunting for the cheapest shit either .

    Those things are brutal to just move around and generally work on. Buying an F250 was the breaking point for me to buy some bigger tools

    Flap disc to clean up the tube. Cut off wheels, a few saw blades, porta band and a torch for the metal brackets.

    Removed everything from the axle to move it on the stand by myself. Used the winch to drive it into the garage ( bet my neighbors were thinking wtf is he up to again) and dropped it to start Disassembly. Stand is 39” off the ground so it’s been pretty easy on my back working on it.

    At least you had a torch... I broke down and took my 80 axle to work so I could use a plasma and a forklift to move it around. The 80 housing is a lot lighter than the SD60 so I can’t imagine how much fun they are to mock up

    Little debate and well I’m not up on coilovers and all the 3 link Fun. A good set of coilovers be better to run vs say the ori shocks? A set of Kings run around same as the ORI shocks.

    The whole dual rate calculations and figuring out what rate to get sounds like a pain. Ori from what I am reading you can adjust a lot of stuff by just changing the pressure in the top and bottom chambers. Plus no need for bumps

    Give me another month or two and I'll let you know what I think of the ORI's. :D

    As for packaging the ORI's win hands down. Not needing to add bump stops or limit straps saved a lot of headache as far as fitting everything under the truck.

    there are a few drawbacks to them. they tend to lose lift in colder weather due to pressure changes. also if it leaks you are shit out of luck without anything to hold up the weight of vehicle like a spring would
