Thanks for all the input and help. All I can really do at this point is wait for allpro to get back to me and see what they say and are willing to do.

I am running the All Pro standard leafs with tribren stops. I am running low as well. Lift looks good and rides great off road but my stops have about the same clearance your pic showed. I thought it was normal until I read this thread. I also have a cap and high lift back there so there is some weight added. Only thing I had issues with were the rods. I had to cut the threaded rods on my u bolt flip kit. They were actually bottoming out under full load off road. I had no idea what the sound was till I saw the bolt marks on the upper frame. All pro told me the tribrens compact to like half an inch so I cut the rods to just below that point. Rides great but now wondering if I should have a better leaf as well.

What is the end goal with the warranty? I’m dealing with them for my standards wondering how it’s going for you.

Well on my mind they should replace them with something that does what they advertised or give me a refund so I can get something that does.

So far it has been a lot of delays, excuses, and I will talk about it with the owner. I was told yesterday that they would have a solution today for me.

doesnt surprise me that a single dakar AAL raised the truck 1.5 inches... again the allpro standard pack is a very soft pack that flexes well but doesnt support weight very well.

The bad thing about the AP Standards is its a PITA to add an AAL. i think they would run into less issues/ complaints if their design allowed for ease of filment

Yeah, if they decide not to do anything about it I am just going to start playing with different add a leafs to get the spring pack how I need it. Mine may end up being a combo between wheelers, all pro, and OME.

Yeah once you cut that bent bracket and replace it with something you can take off and on, it wont be hard to swap them out.

What would be the purpose of buying a soft leaf pack and then doing an AAL? You would increase weight capacity a small amount but loose flexibility. The exact reason you bought a softer leaf pack from the beginning. Wouldn’t it be a better option to buy a heavier rated pack to start, such as the Expos.

Yes, which is what Im doing. In the process of working with AP to get them switched out. But what they say is the Standards are good up to 500 or so pounds. (so in theory the standards should be fine with my set up) But I get a 1-2 inch sag with barely 300lbs and with a full take of gas my taco lean is over an inch different on the driver side on top of the other sag.

You should have much more room, I'm running Dakars, and unloaded I have at least 3" of space between frame and bumpstop. Maybe the AP standards just aren't up to the task of the extra weight.

I have the same exact problem!
Same allpro leaf pack but I have timbren bumps and u-bolt flip. I just ordered longer shocks in hopes my bilsteins were the issue. After initial install I had about 1.5-2" of clearance b/w bump and after two weeks the bumps are almost touching the frame! WTF!

It is comforting to know someone else has the same issue and I'm not cra.
    Sorry.

Do you have TRD Pro? I don't think that would make a difference but I also have Pro and reaching for answers after ruling out the simple stuff (leafs on the correct way, everything tight and no wiggle, checked shocks as limiting factor, emptied everything out of the bed and even checked with an empty gas tank).

As of last night I was thinking a shackle flip might be the answer but the cost is almost equivalent to switching out the leafs...

Definitely let me know what you come up with and I will continue to follow thread.

    Thanks for posting!

Same looks good rides good but with any weight the spring and shock have no room to work. I haven’t had to cut the bolt on the flip but my pack is only a few months old i can see this becoming an issue though over time.

I haven’t heard anything from them. At the moment I am waiting going on to week 3 from my initial call. I have sent multiple emails but I have also just learned they are closed for moving.

I’ll try to keep this updated as to what ends up happening but at the moment I think I’m going to take a loss on the allpro pack And have to buy a Dakar. I don’t have a pro basically a pro with everything I did tho lol. But once you change leafs it should sit just like mine. The pro suspension is only different in the front ride height and better shocks of course.

As for the longer shock i don’t think that’s going to help maybe in down travel but it won’t push the spring and bump alway front the frame.

I have also looked at all the little things shocks bolts only thing I see is the pack is very tall limiting space and any sag whatsoever is going to bring it close to the frame. I thought about cutting down the bumpstop or changing the mounts but after talking to wheelers they said it seems to be a pack issue as well.

    A few things
Had the same problem about a year ago. Contacted them told them my problem and what I had. they said they should handle my skids, sliders and rear bumper (one of theirs) with no problem. They were trying to say my soft top and work tools were weighing it down. They said they would try to warrantee it since when I removed the top and tools made no difference, tools weigh maybe 50-60 pounds. They stopped responding when I sent them pictures of my measurements. I have taken my business elsewhere and any future purchases will be made at other reputable companies.

Not exactly what I want to hear. But it’s what I’m coming to realize. The shop is closed until dec 3 but says can still be contacted via email. I’ll give them a call Monday and see if I can make any headway.
