Sent my Scanguage for the Xguage update on Wednesday, 03/31/2010 via priority mail, from Alabama, received it back on Monday, 04/05/2010 via first class mail, from Arizona. Now that's REALLY good service!

Yes, even UPS is using the USPS for the last mile! Budget UPS delivers to your local post office which then delivers to your mailbox - if you have one.:( I live on a private road so I don't have a mailbox, but UPS delivers to my house. But, if I order and specify shipment by UPS, and the vendor ships UPS budget, when the local post office gets the package for final delivery, and me with no mailbox, they send it back. That is a major PIA!

Rent a post office box and have stuff shipped there. They're pretty cheap and you get some added security.

    I have a P O box, but UPS will not accept shipment to a P O Box.

    None yet! It's new!
Hey, back to the ScanGauge... they have great customer service. I called them about doing some custom X-gauge functions and their programming guy spent a bunch of time with me on the phone, talking about different ways to do the programming. They are great people, enthusiastic about their product. They're also more than willing to listen to ideas about additional things you might want the gauge to do. If you've got ideas, give them a call!
